The Alcohol-free Challenge

Many studies have shown that going alcohol-free for a month has positive impacts on one’s physical and mental health. Such as better sleep, weight loss, energy boost, and reduced anxiety. Plus your liver will benefit from the break.

Challenge is FREE to participate, with the goal of going alcohol-free during the month of February. As a participant:

➡ You will get the book The 28 Day Alcohol-Free Challenge, available either by paperback or on kindle.
➡ The book is designed to help you reach your goal. It has four chapters, each with a theme for the week. Then each week      has seven activities, one for each day.
➡ You will receive daily helpful email messages that correspond with the book.
➡ You can participate in The Challenge Facebook Page, where participants can share their challenges and success.
➡ You can participate in our virtual celebration on March 1st

What participants shared from last year’s Challenge:

“This was a personal challenge and commitment. I learned that during COVID, the days/weeks/months have blurred together. With that, the daily routines shifted to include more alcohol consumption. It creeped up on me. By avoiding alcohol for one month, I became more self-aware of my habits at home and in the limited social gatherings. It was not easy to consistently turn down alcohol but I did enjoy explaining to people the reason for going alcohol free for the month.” Tim
“I took it as a personal challenge, and pledged to myself that IF I completed it, I would make a $100 donation. So my donation today means that, yes, I DID succeed. And, it was totally effortless while I learned a lot about myself! Thanks for presenting the challenge and perhaps, next year I just might do it again! Incidentally I lost 4 lb. during February-could there be a correlation?” Bruce
